I’ve admitted several times, how I’m a lazy cook. I have good intentions in the kitchen but I work full time, I recently started my own business, I blog a few days a week, and my daughter is in soccer. By the time dinner rolls around, I’m exhausted, and the last thing I want to do is cook. However, my daughter and husband need to eat so I spend my time trying to find healthy, and easy recipes.
My three ingredient chicken recipe transpired the other night when I was low on groceries and was trying to find a chicken recipe. The result turned out amazing. I wouldn’t classify this meal as healthy, but it does include supplies that are common in most homes.
It was a hit with my family and easy for me because I had 23 minutes to relax while it cooked. I paired the chicken with french fries and corn, and it turned out perfect. Again, not the healthiest meal but the cheese and ranch combination melts in your mouth.
Anyone with a busy life has to try this recipe!
Three Ingredient Chicken:
- 4 Chicken Tenders
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups of Cheese (I used parmesan and cheddar)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- You will need two containers one for ranch and one for cheeses.
- Place Ranch in one container and cheese in the second container.
- Dip chicken in ranch and smother ranch on chicken.
- Next, dip ranch chicken in cheese
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Repeat until all chicken has ranch and cheese
- Cook for 20-25 minutes
