Each week I will review a new product new to me, this week is Nature’s Path Pumpkin Spice Waffles, which are perfect for anyone who loves pumpkin!
I don’t know about you, but I love trying new things. I am the type of person who will buy a product at the store just because it’s new.
When I was in College, I had my own radio show and an unsuccessful segment where I tried new products on air. It was a good idea in theory but translated horribly to radio since no one could see what I was doing.
In the spirit of keeping my youth, I’d love to bring my failed segment to the blogging world in a new feature called “Try Something Tuesday.” Every Tuesday I will review a product that is new to me but may not necessarily be new to the consumer scene.
I will give an accurate review and will not sugarcoat it. If there is ever a situation where I’m asked by a company to review something, I will be upfront and of course give my honest opinion but for now, this is me reviewing products for the heck of it!
So knowing all this fun info, let’s get this party started!
Nature’s Path- Pumpkin Spice Waffles:
For the record, I don’t always blog about food, but I do enjoy eating it which is why food comes up far too often on my blog. Plus, living in the desert in the Summer there’s not a whole lot I can do without melting, so I choose to spend my time eating indoors, haha.
A few weeks ago I was at the store and hungry. I saw Nature’s Path Pumpkin Spice Waffles and had three thoughts immediately pop up.
- Mmm waffles
- Pumpkin Spice Waffles, are you kidding me right now?
- I have to try them
So it was decided, I had to buy them. I was excited about them, but yet they sat in my freezer until a few nights ago when I was starving. I decided breakfast for dinner would be an awesome option and was excited to try these waffles.
As I was shoving waffle into my mouth, all I could think is “Why didn’t I start eating these sooner?” If you love pumpkin, then these waffles will be worth your money. As they were cooking, I was reminded of fall and all the amazing scents that come with it.
The smells translated into the taste and they don’t skimp with the pumpkin which is great. These went great with maple syrup, and I honestly can’t wait to eat the waffles again. Even my daughter who is picky enjoyed them.
These waffles are gluten free, NON-GMO, and Organic, which I can get behind. While I don’t typically encourage purchasing frozen food exceptions can be made, and these waffles are an exception to make. Overall, they are delicious, semi-healthy, and will fulfill any pumpkin cravings you may be having during the Summer months.
What new products have you tried lately? I’d love to know!
